Matcha Production Process
How the matcha has been produced?
Organic management of tea plantation nourish the tea leaves and soil. Better protect the environment.
Shade Process to made more chlorophyll and amino aide so that the tea more emerald and less bitternes.
Pluck up the tea leaf one by one without the stalk. The color of shaded tea leaf is more dark green than unshaded tea leaf.
Sift the tea leaves to separate the stem and tea fannings. Finally get tea fannings of a high purity.
Pick up the fresh tea leaves, steamed it to de-enzyming, cut the tea leaves into small fannings, twisted the tea leave, multiple twisted, dryed the tea leaves, sifing it to different specification and remove stalk and stem etc to be tencha. After tencha completed, then grind the tencha leaves into tiny granule.
